Independent certification group PSV has merged with engineering and consulting business Miglic Macleod to create a stronger and more complete offering.
PSV Consulting Engineers are independent certifiers of structural and civil engineering designs. In business for over 20 years, they’ve worked on many high-rise buildings and landmark Victorian projects, including the MCG, Chadstone Shopping Centre, and the New Footscray Hospital.
Over the last decade, Miglic MacLeod has supported some of Victoria’s premier property and infrastructure projects.
The merger of the two businesses complements the existing service offering to better meet structural and civil engineering needs. The enhanced offering will provide improved service from feasibility, through design and into construction.
For PSV, joining the Miglic Group will provide important investment that will contribute to their independent certification business. The day-to-day business, however, will remain unchanged with PSV continuing to provide the expert service they’re renowned for delivering.

Whilst the merger is big news for both companies, they’ll operate in a constructive but independent manner, so it’s business as usual for the PSV team.
